As the first point of contact for our guests, your welcoming demeanor will instantly make them feel at home. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver a friendly and inviting reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring an efficient check-in process while addressing any immediate inquiries or needs.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to ensure outstanding service.
- Manage guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using property management systems to ensure smooth scheduling and availability.
- Act as the primary contact for guests throughout their stay, providing prompt assistance, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
Shifts Details:
- Minimum of 16 hours per week up to 30 hours per week
- Shift times: 8:15 PM to 6:45 AM (subject to change)
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $26.70 per hour + penalty rates
Saturday: $33.38 per hour + penalty rates
Sunday: $40.05 per hour + penalty rates
