This is a permanent, full-time position based at Sudima Auckland Airport, offering a competitive salary of $63,750.00 per annum with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing reservations, reception, room service, and housekeeping operations.
- Managing security protocols and property maintenance.
- Responding to emergency situations, including security, maintenance, fire, or evacuation procedures.
- Planning and coordinating bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities.
- Adhering to liquor laws and regulations.
- Evaluating and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing accounting and procurement processes.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Providing guests with local tourism information and arranging tours and transportation as needed.
- Facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out experience and ensuring VIP guests are appropriately acknowledged.
- Maintaining employee presentation standards in line with Sudima branding.
- Communicating effectively with all hotel departments, leadership teams, and external stakeholders.
- Driving revenue and managing budgets through informed decision-making.
- Completing audit tasks, including financial reporting and investigating discrepancies.
