Overview
At Rithum, we catalyze commerce growth by forging connections among brands, retailers, and suppliers. In the role of North America Field Marketing & Events Manager, you will be tasked with the design and execution of a vibrant array of events—ranging from client conferences and industry trade shows to internal company gatherings and multi-city roadshows. Your objective will be to implement localized marketing strategies that generate demand, expedite the sales pipeline, and align with Rithum’s strategic business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver impactful events that motivate clients and engage industry leaders. Working closely with senior marketing leadership, you will develop regional strategies, enhance processes, and provide high-impact experiences that amplify Rithum’s brand visibility and client engagement throughout North America.
