Moreover, you can expect:
A permanent contract from the outset.
A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,456 to €4,579 based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 50).
An additional irregularity allowance for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Reimbursement for travel costs related to commuting.
A complete 13th month (8.33% of your gross annual salary) and an annual balance budget of €1,000.

Your workplace:
At the HIC (High & Intensive Care) in Oss, you will work at the core of acute psychiatry, where individuals are admitted during severe psychiatric crises. You will encounter diverse issues: psychoses, depression (with or without suicidal tendencies), manic disorders, substance-induced disruptions, and complex social problems. You will work varying 8-hour shifts, including active and sleep shifts at night. In this dynamic environment, your calm demeanor is invaluable. You provide clarity in escalating situations, ensure safety during times of tension, and stay close when clients or their families face difficulties. You act quickly, communicate clearly, and work methodically, which is essential for restoring stability during crises.
Your daily tasks include:
Supporting clients during acute admissions and collaborating towards stability and recovery.
Identifying disturbances and responding professionally.
Adhering to HIC principles and complying with the WvGGZ framework.
Maintaining contact with family and networks.
