In this pivotal position, you will play an essential role in driving outstanding patient outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering staff engagement, and achieving operational excellence in a challenging critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer round-the-clock leadership and accountability for the Medical ICU
Plan, organize, and evaluate nursing care delivery in accordance with critical care standards and institutional objectives
Work collaboratively with physician leaders and interdisciplinary teams to elevate the quality, safety, and efficiency of patient care
Create and enforce policies, procedures, and performance improvement strategies within the ICU
Guarantee adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as patient safety protocols
Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and staff development initiatives
Cultivate a high-performance team culture focused on quality outcomes and patient-centered care
Leverage quality metrics and data-driven insights to enhance clinical and operational performance
