About the Role:
In this position, you will engage Oscar Health Insurance members through our Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program, conducting evaluation and management visits remotely. Additionally, you will provide support to our Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care teams as needed.
You will report directly to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.
Clinic Hours:
- 8 AM - 8 PM EST, Monday to Thursday
- 8 AM - 6 PM EST, Friday and Saturday
- Shifts available: 8 hours or 10 hours
- Required to work one late shift ending at 8 PM EST weekly
- Two Saturday shifts required per quarter
Work Location: This position is fully remote, open to candidates residing in various states including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, or Virginia. While the role is remote, occasional travel may be necessary for team meetings and events.
Pay Transparency:
The base salary for this role ranges from $116,400 to $174,600 annually, in addition to employee benefits, a vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative care screenings, perform medication reconciliation, diagnose medical conditions, and provide health coaching and referrals as clinically appropriate.
- Engage with members who have chronic conditions based on health information.
- Connect with members who may be less likely to visit their primary care provider.
- Identify opportunities to enhance member access to care with licensed providers.
- Cross-train in urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines.
- Interact with members virtually through various communication channels.
