About the Role:
We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide personalized in-home therapy to adult clients in Parker, CO. Your role will be pivotal in assisting patients to regain their independence and enhance their quality of life through skilled and goal-focused care.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC
- Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Conduct assessments utilizing standardized tools and clinical expertise
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques
- Maintain timely and precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

Requirements:
- A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
- Demonstrated experience in home health or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of clients
