The OECD Internship Programme aims to attract exceptionally talented and motivated students from diverse backgrounds to contribute to projects aligned with the Strategic Orientations of the Secretary-General. This initiative supports the corporate functions of the Organisation while offering a platform for interns to enhance their analytical and technical skills in a dynamic international context.
Selected candidates will engage in research and offer support to Policy Analysts in various sectors. The following areas are included, but the list is not exhaustive:

Intern responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in the preparation of studies and documents;
- Conducting research and reviewing existing materials;
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data;
- Contributing to the creation of documents, working papers, and publications, including drafting notes and preparing technical annexes;
- Participating in meetings and seminars;
- Building networks with officials in national administrations, researchers, and delegations from member countries;
- Supporting the organization of events, communication, planning, and evaluation.
