Role Overview
As our San Francisco facility continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Office Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily logistics, including purchasing, inventory management, vendor relations, and facilities coordination. You will also serve as the primary contact for administrative needs.
In addition to operational tasks, you will assist with financial and administrative workflows, such as invoice management, supplier documentation, purchase orders, budgeting support, and event planning. This is a hands-on role that demands high ownership and will be central to our operations in the United States.
Please note, this position is in-person and office-based five days a week.
