Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning of students.
Design and implement effective intervention strategies for addressing learning, behavioral, and mental health needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide individual and group counseling and support services to students.
Advise school staff on behavior management techniques and classroom intervention strategies.
Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary.
Conduct research and program evaluations aimed at enhancing school-wide practices and student outcomes.
Advocate for student needs and rights within the educational framework.
Stay updated with the latest best practices in school psychology through continuous professional development.
Lead training sessions for instructional and related service staff.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in school psychology from an accredited program.
