This dynamic position involves managing a substantial volume of onboarding processes while ensuring adherence to compliance standards across various locations.
The Onboarding Coordinator serves as a critical liaison among new hires, recruiters, HR, and payroll, guaranteeing a smooth onboarding and payroll experience. You will engage with diverse internal stakeholders, contributing to the seamless integration of new team members into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding for project-based employees efficiently.
Set up hire profiles in the HRIS system.
Collect and verify necessary documentation from new hires.
Oversee the entire onboarding process to ensure timely payroll submissions.
Coordinate with hires and managers to prepare for project launches.
Address inquiries from new hires regarding onboarding, timecards, and company policies.
Handle unemployment claims and employee verification requests.
Review and adjust employee timecards as needed.
Communicate paid sick leave policies and process requests accordingly.
Assist in preparing payroll reports, including new hire and termination reports.
Facilitate regular offboarding processes for project-based employees.
Manage a large volume of queries through various communication channels.
Guide employees and managers to appropriate HR personnel for specific issues.
Participate in special projects or duties as assigned.
