Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Onboarding Manager who will transform the initial 90 days of our customer journey. This role requires a visionary to rebuild our onboarding process to enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will manage the critical transition phase from 'Sold' to 'Successful'. Your primary objective will be to reduce Time-to-Value, improve team efficiency through optimized workflows, and create a foundation that fosters long-term customer loyalty. This position is not just about team management; it’s about establishing a new standard of excellence.
