In this non-technical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring medical practices are seamlessly onboarded and supported as they integrate with our innovative platform. Your strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in helping these practices achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide medical practices through the onboarding process via registration calls, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate our platform.
- Establish and manage office accounts, maintaining data integrity within Salesforce and Outreach.
- Introduce new features to both new and existing clients, activating them in account settings upon request.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team and participate in special projects as assigned to enhance client engagement strategies.
- Offer constructive feedback on practice performance and insights for scaling our approach to manage multiple accounts effectively.
