The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition lifecycle at client sites, overseeing processes from candidate attraction through to post-hire activities. This position involves facilitating a variety of logistical, relationship management, and customer service tasks to effectively support client programs or teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential hiring leaders as the onsite liaison.
- Coordinate candidate and client communications onsite, utilizing location knowledge to prepare interview rooms and materials, acting as a key contact during interviews.
- Welcome interviewers and candidates, providing a thorough briefing on the role, interview format, and client information.
- Build professional ties with local universities and technical programs to communicate client career opportunities and hiring needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of recruitment marketing strategies tailored to the client’s location, leveraging local recruitment expertise.
- Serve as a liaison with the client to address daily operational challenges.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the client organization, including stakeholder relationships and structure, to embody the principle of "We Become You".
- Provide recruitment resources for visitors, vendors, and candidates as required.
- Act as a client representative to attract and engage candidates.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including handling new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions, as well as managing offboarding processes.
- Support client leaders by providing information and handling inquiries.
- Organize phone, video, and in-person interviews for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Oversee the offer process by preparing and routing offer letters for approval.
- Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and references.
- Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for candidates.
- Accurately edit and post job positions to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within specified timeframes and through proper approval channels.
- Assist with basic metrics reporting as needed.
- Provide additional administrative support to recruiters as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
