Primary Mission: Operation and Maintenance Management
- Execute preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance operations on equipment utilized in clinical and commercial production.
- Provide expertise and technical support for laboratory equipment maintenance challenges.
- Ensure the qualification status of all equipment and installations within your area of responsibility.
- Monitor maintenance contracts and third-party service providers for all equipment in your scope, overseeing routine operation and planned technical shutdowns.
Secondary Mission: Equipment Management
- Ensure traceability of interventions by documenting actions taken on equipment in accordance with site GMP regulations, maintaining logs in equipment logbooks and maintenance management systems (GMAO).
- Update and review technical and quality documentation for all equipment in your responsibility.
- Propose and implement improvement and optimization actions for equipment.
- Manage procurement and inventory of parts necessary for maintenance operations.
On-Call Duty Responsibilities
- Oversee alarm management and necessary actions during on-call duty (as per site agreement).
- Provide technical support during on-call periods, focusing on general infrastructure (HVAC, purified water systems, compressed air, air handling units, and effluent treatment).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical installations (utilities, production equipment, automation) with assistance from duty team members.
- Address alarms via supervision systems and intervene on-site or remotely based on the incident's nature.
- Evaluate technical impacts and secure installations as necessary.
- Document interventions in the GMAO and on-call reporting tools.
- Communicate effectively with technical and operational teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation with the capability for rapid on-site intervention.
