Join Accor, in partnership with one of the world's leading airlines, as an Operations Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our airport lounges at Changi Airport. Your organizational prowess will be vital in facilitating smooth daily operations, providing critical administrative and operational support across various departments. This role is key in upholding our commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience while fostering effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee administrative duties for daily lounge operations, ensuring all documents, trackers, SOPs, and shared folders are meticulously maintained.
Generate operational materials, including detailed reports, briefings, and internal communications to keep all staff informed.
Handle airport pass processes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and expiry tracking, while liaising with airport authorities for compliance.
Support personnel administration tasks such as updating rosters, verifying timesheets, managing leave submissions, and coordinating with the People & Culture team.
Assist in general operational tasks like processing invoices, creating purchase requisitions, coordinating training sessions, and organizing engagement activities.
Manage certification processes, ensuring timely registration and renewals for Food Hygiene and First Aid certifications.
