About the Department:
The Operations Broker Dealer US (WM/Digital) team is tasked with managing the operational flows of the brokerage products in the United States, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal procedures. This strategic division aims to drive efficiency, control, and risk mitigation in settlement, reconciliation, and financial transactions. We support high-net-worth and retail clients, enhancing their operational experience to be secure, integrated, and exceptional.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Support post-trade operations and manage the transaction lifecycle for equities, fixed income, options, mutual funds, and alternative investments, ensuring accurate recording and settlement.
- Process and monitor cash movements and asset transfers, including domestic and international wire transfers, internal and external account transfers (e.g., ACATs), while adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee operational processes related to client account activities, providing support for Wealth Management and retail accounts, and assisting internal teams with operational inquiries and problem resolution.
- Monitor and validate wrap account billing, fee calculations, rebates, and revenue allocations, ensuring accuracy and proper controls.
- Coordinate with trading desks, clearing firms, and counterparties to resolve operational issues, settlement failures, and other post-trade exceptions.
- Maintain robust operational controls, documentation, and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency, participating in projects related to new products, systems, and operational enhancements.
