Your Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable processes including managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Oversee vendor portals and gather invoices to ensure proper communication with our accounting partners and inclusion in tax documentation.
- Monitor and manage recurring subscriptions and payments for various company tools and services.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices to customers while tracking incoming payments.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and maintain precise accounts receivable records.
- Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing our candidate management system.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening interviews when appropriate.
- Collect and organize interview feedback from hiring teams.
- Assist with various operational tasks across the company, maintaining documentation and supporting leadership with daily operational requirements.

- Based in London, with a willingness to work from our Finsbury Park office.
- Early in your career, you possess strong organizational and operational instincts.
- Detail-oriented, capable of maintaining accurate records and processes.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and operational workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills, adept at coordinating with both external partners and internal teams.
- Proactive and hands-on, with a readiness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- Open to learning and utilizing new software tools.
