Operations & Customer Support Associate, Pharmacy:
The Operations & Customer Support Associate at midihealth will be instrumental in optimizing our pharmacy operations and enhancing the patient experience. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with patients, pharmacies, and the medical staff to resolve issues and ensure timely processing and shipping of orders. This position reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy E-Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Act as the main contact for patients regarding pharmacy order inquiries, ensuring prompt and empathetic problem resolution.
- Pharmacy Coordination: Collaborate closely with pharmacy partners for accurate order processing and timely delivery of both prescription and non-prescription items.
- Operational Monitoring: Continuously track pharmacy operations to ensure orders are fulfilled within set timelines and identify potential delays.
- Issue Resolution: Work with the pharmacy and medical teams to address discrepancies in orders, prescription challenges, and other operational issues.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and Athena messaging, ensuring patients receive timely and accurate responses.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to operational processes related to pharmacy order fulfillment and customer service interactions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and resolutions, providing regular performance reports to the Director of Pharmacy E-Commerce.
Qualifications for Success:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, operations, or related fields is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations or customer support within a healthcare or pharmacy environment is preferred.
