About the Role:
The Operations Executive (OE) will have ownership of their designated service areas within the branch, ensuring operational excellence in line with the responsibilities outlined. This role entails the management and provision of qualified technicians for effective service execution, focusing on residential clients, small accounts, and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Core Operations
- Maintain a constant availability of trained and certified technicians as per Technical Training Guidelines.
- Enhance service quality and customer retention by coaching and training technicians according to technical training guidelines and service SOPs.
- Guarantee the availability of necessary materials, preparation, and service tools in optimal working condition for technicians as per service SOPs.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate safety protocols and special instructions to technicians based on directives from the Sales Team/Service Docket.
- Oversee efficient usage of SCP devices by technicians, troubleshoot issues, and provide refresher training on updates as necessary.
- Ensure all on-site service documentation is current and compliant with contractual obligations and myRentokil requirements.
- Implement and uphold service SOPs, SHE golden rules, ATEX regulations, and PINK NOTE compliance among the team.
- Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits per week, including surprise inspections, route rides, and addressing customer complaints.
- Ensure adherence to the Approved Preparations List (APL) for service execution.
- Maintain inventory and proper storage practices, ensuring the responsible disposal of materials and waste.
- Establish and follow a regular schedule for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- In the absence of colleagues, ensure operational KPIs are met by managing entries in iCABS.
