Position Overview:
The Operations Manager acts as the key operational liaison between our home office and field operations for their designated region (East or West). This role encompasses comprehensive audit responsibilities, management of a real-time store support channel, regular in-store audits and training, and close collaboration with the Regional Director. The Operations Manager guarantees that our stores receive essential support, compliance oversight, and operational guidance for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all audit responsibilities within the assigned region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
- Manage the store support Teams channel to address credit memos, refunds, and operational queries in real time.
- Conduct frequent in-store visits for audits, employee training, and compliance assessments.
- Collaborate directly with the Regional Director on enhancing store performance and addressing operational challenges.
- Act as a vital link between home office departments and field operations.
- Supervise and mentor the Assistant Manager of Operations.
- Create and deliver training materials for store associates on operational protocols.
- Identify and escalate systemic issues in stores to the Director for resolution.
- Maintain and refresh standard operating procedures for regional audit processes.
- Track and report on regional audit metrics, store support response times, and training completions.
- Work with the Guest Solutions team on cross-functional challenges impacting stores.
- Assist with the launch of new stores and operational transitions within the assigned region.
