As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising daily activities, ensuring that our team operates seamlessly while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily hotel operations and effectively lead a team of staff members.
Ensure tasks are performed efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, while adhering to safety protocols.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, needs, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as necessary.
Complete routine financial and operational tasks, such as register reconciliation and shift reporting.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a high-volume environment.
Proficient in relevant software systems, including Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and Micros POS.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
