The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in transforming primary care delivery and enhancing healthcare accessibility. You will manage up to five locations, leading office teams comprising administrative staff and phlebotomists, while collaborating with clinical leadership to support our providers. Your key responsibilities will encompass operational oversight, compliance, quality assurance, customer experience enhancement, budgeting, and team development. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will drive performance metrics across your practices and Metropolitan Service Area (MSA) to achieve patient and team experience objectives.

What You’ll Work On:
- Lead office teams using the CICARE framework (a model emphasizing key elements of effective patient interaction and communication) and Lean principles to meet patient and team experience goals.
- Drive operational excellence across multiple practices, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize care delivery and enhance patient satisfaction.
