The Opportunity
Four Seasons Sunrooms-GTA is on the lookout for an Operations Manager to oversee the workflow from order placement to installation within a dynamic installation and service environment. This position is primarily office-based (approximately 80% office / up to 20% site visits) and will manage multiple concurrent installations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating field operations, managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring material availability, maintaining job site safety, and fostering customer communication throughout project execution. Additionally, this role involves direct leadership of a small internal team focused on daily operations.
This is a hands-on leadership position that will significantly impact both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production and installation scheduling.
- Lead and provide support to field teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure that projects are ready (including materials, labor, and site conditions) before scheduling.
- Resolve scheduling and site challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Promote job site safety practices and compliance.
- Enhance workflow, planning, communication, and consistent execution.
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 7–10 years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or design-build environments.
- 5+ years in an operations or supervisory leadership role (beyond basic site supervision).
- Strong leadership presence, with the ability to foresee risks and manage multiple projects effectively with accountability and consistency.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams (Project Managers, construction/site leadership, and logistics support).
- Comfortable primarily in an office-based role, with occasional site visits.
