The Operations Manager is a pivotal role within our school, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless operation of essential systems that support high-quality teaching and learning. This position guarantees efficient front office operations, accurate student information management, robust attendance and enrollment processes, and effective coordination of daily logistics to benefit students, families, and staff.
Reporting directly to the School Leader (Principal), you will collaborate closely with school leadership and regional operations to execute established systems effectively, uphold high standards of accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service while addressing operational challenges promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Systems & Data Integrity: Manage daily front office operations and ensure the accuracy of the Student Information System (SIS), in adherence to school, regional, state, and federal requirements.
- Attendance Management: Oversee attendance processes, including tardies, early dismissals, and daily attendance, ensuring timely follow-up with families.
- Enrollment Processes: Execute enrollment, re-enrollment, and withdrawal processes, maintaining precise documentation and data tracking.
- Family Engagement: Act as the primary contact for families, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage purchasing and inventory processes, coordinate with vendors, and ensure organized shared spaces.
