The Operations Manager will be a vital member of the Hyderabad Marketing Operations team, focusing on the UK & Ireland region.
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of onsite marketing initiatives. You'll engage with people, processes, technology, and data to continuously identify optimization opportunities, ensuring our marketing operations function thrives.
In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between commercial teams and the HYD Marketing Operations team, managing stakeholder relationships, proactively soliciting feedback for enhancements, and resolving issues promptly.
This position is a hands-on management role where you will be expected to:
- Oversee capacity planning for the team, including reallocating headcount or making business cases for team growth or reductions as necessary.
- Guarantee that all campaigns and deliverables are executed within established SLAs while meeting quality standards.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging work environment, setting high-performance expectations, and supporting the team’s technical and professional growth.
- Continuously refine and optimize internal tools, processes, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and quality of execution.
People Management
- Lead the HYD Sportsbook Marketing Operations & Commercial Operations teams, managing recruitment, onboarding, development, recognition, and performance evaluations.
- Encourage a high-performance culture and a positive work environment.
- Partner with senior management to establish performance goals and track progress.
Campaign Execution
- Ensure the execution of sports campaigns and deliverables aligns with defined SLAs.
- Manage QA processes to ensure campaigns and deliverables meet established standards, preventing errors from reaching customers.
- Address operational issues impacting output quality, delivery timelines, or stakeholder satisfaction.
- Analyze and enhance existing operational processes and systems, applying best practices to streamline operations and minimize costs.
Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain robust working relationships, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged with timely and effective communication regarding business operations, risks, and issues.
- Assess stakeholder needs and expectations, proactively seeking feedback and implementing enhancements accordingly.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues, facilitating negotiations and finding solutions.
