Your Role:
Reporting to the VP of Student Transportation, your focus will extend beyond daily problem-solving to foster long-term success. As the Operations Manager, you will be the leader who defines direction, builds partnerships, and motivates the team responsible for daily operations. With specialized dispatch, routing, training, safety, and operational support, you will be backed by experts committed to delivering exceptional service across all routes, every day. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for management in key accounts, necessitating exceptional diplomacy and tact.
