YOU HAVE:3+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy/operations roles within tech marketplaces. Experience in the Gig economy is a plus but not mandatory.Proven record of stakeholder management, driving meaningful changes through projects.Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or numerical field.Exceptional analytical skills, particularly in experimental design and analysis.Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills in data manipulation and understanding (SQL knowledge is a plus).Ability to think strategically and plan effectively; a hands-on approach is essential.Excellent presentation and data analysis skills, capable of creating actionable reports.Fluency in English.

Join our dynamic Rider Experience team and take charge of pivotal aspects of Glovo’s courier ecosystem. This strategic role is high-impact, allowing you to shape the rider experience through Loyalty programs, Rider Value Proposition enhancements, and RSAT initiatives across various markets.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders and local teams across our markets. This position is perfect for a professional who blends strategic thinking with analytical expertise and hands-on execution, adept at driving change by influencing others and advancing initiatives.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Lead and refine the Rider strategy to achieve measurable enhancements in rider retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

  • Define and enhance the Rider Value Proposition for 22 markets, balancing rider needs, operational realities, and business constraints.

  • Oversee RSAT initiatives, converting rider feedback and satisfaction metrics into actionable plans and tangible improvements.

  • Manage and optimize the rider investment budget to ensure a robust and sustainable Rider Value Proposition across different markets.

  • Collaborate closely with local and central teams (Operations, Performance, Quality & Fraud, etc.) to ensure consistent execution while adapting to local market needs.

  • Translate strategic objectives into clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans, motivating teams to deliver results without direct authority.

  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret key rider metrics (investments, retention, engagement, RSAT, cohorts, experiments) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  • Identify trade-offs and make informed decisions in situations with incomplete or ambiguous data.

  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and suggest optimizations to enhance rider experience and business outcomes.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects related to rider experience, incentives, and engagement.

  • Actively collaborate with colleagues across HQ and local teams in a supportive, high-performance environment where learning and impact align.

  • Work closely with Product teams to design and implement features that elevate the Rider Experience and reinforce the Rider Value Proposition.
