About the Team and Position
The Operations Recruiter is an integral part of our Operations Talent team, delivering professional recruitment services to ensure our operations departments fulfill their staffing needs while providing an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and prospective employees. As a Recruiter for various Operations teams, including Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, and ADESA Auctions, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple sites nationwide, primarily focusing on filling skilled-level roles. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and understanding their hiring requirements is crucial. Your insights and contributions will have a direct and tangible impact every day at this exciting and unique company.
Important Details:
This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona.
- Upon hiring, the Operations Recruiter will undergo a mandatory six-month review and assessment period to ensure consistent performance and competency standards are met.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Independently sourcing candidates through various methods, including social media, job boards, and the Carvana website.
- Conducting thorough screenings and interviews via phone.
