As a vital member of our HQ Ops team, you won’t merely be monitoring performance dashboards; you will delve into the underlying reasons behind our metrics. Whether you’re conducting a root cause analysis or reengineering workflows to address recurring drops in KPIs, you will have the independence to identify issues and drive solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Growth, Operations, Product, and Technology.

THE JOURNEY
- Oversee operations and initiatives across multiple countries where On-Demand operates.
- Analyze operational metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement improvements in partnership with our collaborators.
- Regularly monitor and assess metrics, collaborating with country operations teams to create actionable plans addressing identified opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to our standards in managed countries, working closely with international teams to resolve any challenges.
- Lead data reviews with country managers to translate weekly metrics into 3-4 impactful action items.
- Engage with various core business teams in Operations, Logistics, Product, Legal, and Growth.
- Join an international team of motivated, talented individuals.
