Position Overview
An exciting opportunity awaits for an Operations & Stock Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Rockingham vehicle storage and refurbishment site. This diverse, hands-on role blends operational coordination, administrative duties, and stock management responsibilities while collaborating on a direct manufacturer contract within a supportive and friendly team.
This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in multitasking environments, demonstrate initiative, and enjoy engaging in both office coordination and practical warehouse tasks. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient processing of vehicles and loose items through our refurbishment and logistics operations, while providing exemplary service to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities in support of a manufacturer refurbishment program.
- Accurately and efficiently process vehicles through the refurbishment and storage workflow.
- Create customer, supplier, and internal reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of service.
- Work independently while closely collaborating with a small on-site team.
Stock Management & Warehouse Duties
- Utilize handheld technology to manage the warehouse stock of loose items.
- Receive, label, package, and store loose items, which involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Pick and prepare loose items for integration back into vehicles.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts, ensuring all systems are up to date.
