About this Role
As the Operations Systems Architect, you will be pivotal in enhancing stability, cost efficiency, and customer experience across Risk, Customer Experience (CX), and Marketplace Operations as we navigate increasing workflow complexity. You will spearhead high-impact systems initiatives, including routing, integrations, automations, and ticket enrichment. This role is highly technical and hands-on, bridging the realms of AI, Operations, and platform development to create a seamless, intelligent experience for our teams.
We are in search of a systems builder who excels in AI development, possesses Zendesk expertise, and is proficient in systems integration. You should be capable of designing with vision, executing with speed, and collaborating with empathy.
