About the Role
As the Optical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful launch, adoption, and growth of our subscription model within optical stores across Spain. Your expertise will be critical in delivering impactful online and in-person training sessions, ensuring that each store is fully equipped to offer and manage the subscription service from day one.
You will collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to foster merchant expansion and drive service adoption, while also developing and refining a comprehensive enablement toolkit. As our operations scale, you will contribute to designing a scalable enablement model, incorporating elements such as e-learning, trainer certification, and potential outsourcing to support our expanding optical network.
