Role & Responsibilities:
Infovity India is on the lookout for a talented Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant who possesses a robust background in managing customer engagements from an offshore perspective. This role entails leading requirements-gathering sessions, architecting scalable solutions, and executing end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations independently. The ideal candidate will be both technically adept and comfortable interfacing directly with clients without the need for onshore support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement comprehensive Oracle Cloud SCM projects, including requirement analysis, solution architecture, configuration, testing, training, and successful deployment.
- Facilitate business requirement workshops with clients remotely, ensuring a thorough understanding of their objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment on expectations.
- Design and setup Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including but not limited to Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.
- Provide expert insights on industry best practices, business process enhancements, and Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities.
- Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with technical teams for any required customizations or integrations.
- Craft and implement test strategies, encompassing system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, training resources, and conduct training sessions to facilitate user adoption.
- Support post-implementation activities, system enhancements, and continuous improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud SCM updates and suggest optimizations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle SCM modules, including at least 2 years in Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage implementations from offshore without requiring onshore assistance.
- Strong proficiency in one or more modules: Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging directly with clients.
- Hands-on experience in solutioning, configuring, and delivering Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
- Thorough understanding of supply chain management business processes across various industries.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and extensions in Oracle Cloud.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote, and global work environment. Oracle Cloud certification in any of the SCM modules is advantageous.
