We at Beecroft Orthodontics are seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our team for a full-time role, working 4 days a week across our three Northern Virginia locations. Travel will be required as part of this position, with scheduled days as follows: Monday in Arlington, Tuesday and Wednesday in Stafford, and Thursday in Woodbridge, between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Role:
- This position is primarily chair-side.
- Responsibilities include taking impressions, Invisalign scans, and regular orthodontic adjustments (changing wires, ties, brackets, etc.).
- You will engage patients in conversation, ensuring their comfort, and may also perform X-rays (certification is a plus).
- Maintain sterilization protocols and bring a sense of humor to the office.
- Our goal is to exceed each patient's expectations!
We require coverage Monday through Thursday with no night or weekend shifts!
