Your Role as Orthopedic Shoemaker and Branch Manager
As the Branch Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for shoemakers and branch assistants working across multiple locations in the region. You will merge your expertise as an Orthopedic Shoemaker with coaching and directing your team. Actively participate in measuring and delivering orthopedic footwear, while ensuring efficient planning, optimal resource allocation, and a positive work atmosphere. You will monitor patient satisfaction, make adjustments as needed, and uphold the quality of care and processes. Identify challenges and opportunities in daily operations and translate them into actionable improvements. Additionally, you will participate in national meetings with fellow branch managers to discuss organization-wide developments, contributing to a sustainable healthcare organization centered on quality, collaboration, and innovation.
What You Bring as an Orthopedic Shoemaker and Branch Manager
- A completed HBO degree in Human and Technology – Orthopedic Shoe Technology or an MBO degree in Orthopedic Shoe Technology, or you are in the final stages of your studies.
- Customer-oriented and excellent listening skills, along with your subject matter expertise.
- Problem-solving mindset, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Possession of a valid driver's license B.
