The Role
As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential nonprofit clients who may not be actively seeking new solutions. You will create demand and secure qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This position calls for resilience, creativity, and a strategic mindset to overcome challenges. What You Will Do
- Master Bloomerang’s Product & Value: Become a knowledgeable resource on how our fundraising and donor management solutions empower nonprofits to achieve their objectives. You'll need to effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers.
- Prospect & Engage: Reach out to potential clients through innovative research and personalized engagement strategies, utilizing cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and tailored messages.
- Generate Pipeline: Develop and maintain a 90-day rolling pipeline of high-quality leads through creative outreach and follow-up strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive team to build a strong pipeline that converts into revenue. Collaborate on identifying potential accounts, refining outreach methods, and ensuring smooth transitions of qualified leads.
