Your Role as a Business Development Representative
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly communicative individual to join our team as an Outbound Business Development Representative. Reporting directly to the BDR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage proactively with target accounts. You will conduct cold calls and utilize modern technology alongside your research skills to identify and create new sales opportunities, ultimately generating a robust pipeline for our Account Executives.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong sales experience, exceptional organizational skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, effective multitasking capabilities, and a proactive, resourceful mindset.
