Role Overview
As an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams by generating qualified sales meetings through diligent research, managing CRM data, and executing personalized outbound outreach strategies. This role demands a hands-on approach with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and effective written communication, alongside a commitment to maintaining high-quality data in HubSpot and promptly routing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Research & List Building
Conduct thorough research to define the ideal customer profile (ICP) and identify target U.S. companies.
Pinpoint key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR leaders, department heads, and executives.
Track high-intent signals such as active job postings, funding events, and office expansions.
Develop segmented outreach lists categorized by industry, geography, role type, and other pertinent attributes.
HubSpot Data Management & CRM Hygiene
Gather and verify contact information using authorized Chrome extensions and tools.
Accurately input and format contacts in HubSpot, ensuring no duplicates exist.
Enhance records utilizing approved tools and workflows, including the U.S. Phone Book when necessary.
Maintain CRM data integrity through consistent tagging, deduplication, and field cleaning.
Create saved views and filters to facilitate follow-ups and pipeline visibility.
Outreach Messaging & Campaign Support
Research target companies and tailor outreach campaigns based on findings.
