About the Role:

Groupon is expanding, and we seek determined and motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team located in Chicago's River North neighborhood. If you have a background in sales or customer-facing roles where you have successfully pitched, upsold, or managed objections, you will thrive in this role.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving growth for local businesses. You will engage with them to introduce the Groupon platform, understand their objectives, and design tailored solutions that attract new customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and connect with local businesses that could benefit from Groupon.
  • Initiate outbound calls to introduce our platform and pique the interest of business owners.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches by customizing solutions to align with each merchant’s goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns.
