The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the food and beverage outlet. This role embodies the brand ethos and leads a dedicated team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, service quality, and high operational standards, ultimately driving profitability for the outlet.
- EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES & EMPOWERMENT
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
- Regularly check in with guests about their satisfaction during their meal.
- Provide attentive service, adjusting to any constraints as needed.
- Build rapport with guests, offering guidance and fostering loyalty.
- KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
- Participate in inventory management and oversee stock levels.
- Enhance sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Analyze financial reports, implementing corrective measures as required.
- Manage outlet costs in line with budgetary constraints while maintaining quality.
- Adhere strictly to internal billing policies as per company guidelines.
Operational
- Organize team workflows, ensuring multi-skilling among staff.
- Effectively communicate necessary information to the team.
- Initiate continuous development of team members' product knowledge.
- Maintain and communicate guest history for repeat visits during team briefings.
- Recognize VIP guests promptly based on history.
- Ensure the point of sale is prepared for efficient order taking and equipment usage.
- Optimize guest flow and seating arrangements based on overall activity levels.
- Monitor team efficiency, quality, and service speed.
- Ensure back-of-house areas meet hotel standards.
Business Plan / Analysis
- Supervise team sales performance.
- Analyze outlet sales and revenue, striving to surpass financial targets.
- Train staff on upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Enhance guest loyalty through quality service and experiences.
- Regularly review guest experience reports to identify improvement areas.
