- Must be a licensed physical therapist in the state of Illinois, committed to the ethical and professional standards set by the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act.
- This role encompasses direct patient care, educational responsibilities, participation on relevant committees, and engagement in departmental process enhancements.
- Act as a mentor and role model for fellow therapists and clinical interns across all professional, clinical, communication, educational, and leadership domains.

- Utilize departmental resources effectively and manage work schedules to complete assignments punctually.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Display mastery in selecting appropriate evaluations, treatment modalities, and protocols, conducting re-evaluations as per departmental guidelines.
- Assume full responsibility for physical therapy patient management from the initial contact to discharge, ensuring safety and effective treatment outcomes through collaboration with PTAs.
