Outpatient Physical Therapist
Location: Garden City, CO (Full-Time)
Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
In this dynamic outpatient Physical Therapist position, you will provide expert care aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, and overall functional independence. Your role will involve developing comprehensive care plans, guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, and ensuring meticulous documentation that aligns with both clinical standards and payer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify limitations and establish functional goals.
- Create personalized treatment plans and establish timelines for patient progress.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, mobility enhancement activities, and functional training.
- Guide patients in developing safe home routines and advancing their activity levels.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust goals as needed, and coordinate changes in care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits.
- Foster a collaborative clinic environment through effective teamwork and communication.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
- Possession of an active Colorado Physical Therapist license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain it.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is a plus, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent time management skills and effective communication abilities.
