About the Role
The Outreach Training, Onboarding & Development Manager at Charlie Health will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of our expanding Clinical Outreach team. This position involves managing, optimizing, and assessing the effectiveness of key training and development programs, particularly focused on onboarding new hires. The Manager will collaborate closely with Outreach team members and leaders to develop impactful initiatives that boost representative productivity and accelerate the onboarding process.
