Your Impact:
Pearce is on the lookout for a meticulous and seasoned Outside Plant (OSP) Engineer to play a crucial role in supporting our telecommunications infrastructure projects. This position emphasizes the design, planning, and execution of outside plant (OSP) projects, encompassing both copper and fiber networks. The ideal candidate will possess a robust engineering background, experience in permitting, and coordination of construction projects, alongside the capability to manage budgets while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Engineering & Design
Design and plan outside plant facilities for copper and fiber infrastructure (aerial, buried, conduit).
Prepare and review engineering drawings, loop loss calculations, and switch serving area designs.
Conduct field measurements for poles, conduits, and buried facilities to support network design.
