Join Royal Plus, Inc. as an Outside Sales Representative, where you will engage in diverse sales activities aimed at enhancing our business volume through both existing and new channels. Your primary objective will be to boost customer satisfaction and expand our market presence by targeting residential areas, municipalities, healthcare sectors, government entities, property managers, and various commercial businesses within a designated region. In this role, you will shape our sales strategy and drive measurable growth, while nurturing existing client relationships and forging new connections within the disaster recovery sector. The position requires travel to support CAT events and reports directly to the Northeast Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a focused strategic sales plan for Royal Plus, Inc.
- Identify and generate leads with commercial clients.
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets.
- Enhance accountability to drive performance improvements.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Utilize the RPI reporting system to track and analyze sales outcomes.
- Cultivate a self-motivated work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assess the competitive landscape and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed on industry developments through various educational formats.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards while representing the company.
- Participate in RP CAT (catastrophe) events, such as hurricanes.
- Gather essential information to assist first responders during emergencies.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proven experience in Outside Sales.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
