The Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, visiting local businesses within your designated territory. You will identify each client's unique needs, guide them through our diverse range of insurance products, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. With the flexibility to set your own schedule, you will balance in-person meetings with strategic phone outreach, all facilitated by our user-friendly Salesforce CRM.

Self-Motivated: You efficiently manage your calendar, diligently follow up on leads, and set ambitious targets.
Effective Communicator: You simplify complex information, whether in one-on-one discussions or in presentations to groups of up to 75.
Organized & Tech-Savvy: You maintain detailed records in Salesforce and ensure no follow-up is overlooked.
Client-Focused: You genuinely care about your clients’ well-being, assisting them with claims and policy inquiries with compassion.
Licensed or Willing to Obtain: You either hold a Health & Life general lines license or are prepared to obtain one within 90 days—we will reimburse your licensing fees and support your preparation.
Position Overview
In this outside sales position, you will:
Prospect & Connect: Identify and engage with local businesses, fostering community connections and scheduling discovery meetings.
Present Tailored Solutions: Conduct customized benefits presentations for business owners and their employee groups.
Maintain and Strengthen Relationships: Respond promptly to calls and emails, manage policy renewals, and guide clients through claims processes.
Track Your Progress: Utilize Salesforce to log interactions, manage tasks, and monitor your progress.
Collaborate with Your Team: Participate in weekly strategy sessions to share best practices and celebrate successes.
Set Your Own Hours: Create a schedule that accommodates the businesses you serve, whether that involves early mornings, late afternoons, or midday visits.
