As an Outside Sales Representative in the Greater St. Louis area, you will play a vital role in conducting in-home design consultations, assisting customers in transforming their bathing and shower experiences. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, a goal-driven mindset, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships that lead to successful sales outcomes.

EARNING POTENTIAL: $120,000+ IN YOUR FIRST YEAR (TOP PERFORMERS REGULARLY EARN $200,000+ ANNUALLY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home design consultations for residential customers interested in bath and shower remodels.
- Assess customer needs and present customized remodeling solutions that meet design preferences and functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and rapport throughout the consultation process.
- Exhibit strong closing skills by successfully navigating complex discussions to finalize sales.
- Maintain a results-oriented approach with a consistent focus on achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Accurately measure bathrooms according to project specifications (baths, showers, jetted tubs, and conversions).
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments; no cold calling or prospecting required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Training Details:
- Complete 2 weeks of interactive virtual training; passing written and practical assessments is mandatory.
- Weekly attendance at the local office for mandatory training is required.
Compensation Details:
- Average income for sales representatives ranges from $120,000 to $150,000, with top earners exceeding $200,000.
- Guaranteed bi-weekly training pay for up to 6 months, plus uncapped commission and bonus potential of up to 5%.
- Post-training, outside sales representatives will transition to a commission-only model with uncapped commission potential of up to 10%.
