Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to enhance our team. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in industrial sales, who excels at forging strong relationships and successfully closing deals. You will play a key role in generating fresh business opportunities, overseeing existing accounts, and promoting our extensive array of industrial supply products within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial engagement to final closure.
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities within CRM or ERP systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales, ideally within industrial supply or B2B sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
- Capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the territory.
