We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Retail Account Manager for Heavy Equipment at our Kansas City, MO rental facility. If you are enthusiastic, driven, and eager to contribute to the future of construction, we want to hear from you!
Compensation: $64,000 - $150,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Your Key Responsibilities
Become an expert on EquipmentShare and our range of construction equipment brands.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction equipment buyers and potential clients in your area, focusing on long-term partnerships.
Educate prospective customers on the advantages of choosing EquipmentShare for their heavy equipment needs.
Manage your client portfolio through regular communication, updates on promotions, and addressing unique equipment requirements.
Provide prompt and thorough responses to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction.
Lead initiatives to manage sales pipelines for other markets within your region.
Innovate sales strategies and techniques to expand both your business and EquipmentShare's market presence.
